Khalzo: The Crowd-Controlling Robot

Khalzo's main objective is to manage crowds, especially in a state of emergency. Equipped with an IR sensor, it can sense anything in front of it. When something is sensed, the Piezo buzzer will go off, accompanied by the red LED, and one of its arms, which is color red and is attached to the servo motor, will go up, signaling for people to move out of the way.

Cherry Maneki-Neko

The cherry Maneki-Neko. This robo-cat is a project we decided to work on for the sole purpose of entertainment.  It's controlled by a potentiometer on the side. She boots up with the keyboard cat theme and her eyes and arm correspond with each other, eyes turning on and off whilst the arm moves up and down. The Cherry Maneki-Neko is a loveable kitty designed for all ages!

Memorabilia: Time Capsule

Time capsules are a fun way to preserve childhood memories. We can include items such as photos, letters, toys, and other special items that hold sentimental value, so we decided to use our Computer Exit Product as a time capsule.

Anoisua's Rain Doll

Color your weather with Anoisua’s rain doll! Our project is inspired by the Japanese rain-prevention dolls or “Teru Teru Bozu.” It is a traditional handmade doll that the Japanese people would hang in their windows to deter a bad weather. They believe as part of their culture that this doll equips an ability to control the weather.

Music Box

This output is a music box specifically Music Box Prototype B and is meant to be entertaining and a challenge for me to find more complex use for Piezo Buzzers and for this instance I chose the Tetris Theme however different from Prototype A would look more visually appealing as well as work more consistently. I did this project with the intention of creating something fun and whimsical in mind and it is my belief that I have partially achieved this endeavor with the success of Prototype B.

An Angry Bird's Egg

The purpose of this robotics application is entertainment. It does so by alarming the angry bird through movement, sounds, and red light that someone/something is touching its egg.

Lucky Block Surprise

Our product is a Minecraft-inspired Jack in the Box entertainment robot. We call it the “Lucky Block Surprise." In this pandemic, many people find enjoyment in playing online games such as CODM and Valorant, but our group thinks that there are still many ways where we can enjoy the comfort of our homes without gluing ourselves to our screens.

The huge potential of this technology led to great advancement in Artificial Intelligence and CGI which has caused both joy and distress to the community, thinking that A.I. renders humans useless.

Vending Machine
